06/03/2019Attractive chairs. These chairs were easy to assble with the exception of the backrest, which was hard to screw in. It's a one-man job but it's much faster with two. (There are 2 Allen keys included so 2 people can work at one time- I advise this). Once together, the chairs feel lightweight but sturdy. The seat area is plenty big enough for a regular-sized adult.Downsides-1. As stated above, the backrests are somewhat difficult to screw in.2. There are two small holes on the support piece in the rear seat area. They appear to be for screws but there is nothing to screw into them. However, they are not very noticeable.3. There is nowhere to attach the front of the seat cushion, so it just sits there. This is not a big deal unless you plan on hanging the chairs upside down, but it is strange.4. The color is not what is pictured. From the picture, the chairs appear an almost ivory color. The actual fabric is more of a beige with a woven texture and some sheen to it. They are attractive, just not the color in the picture. I was originally going to return them due to this, but decided to keep them. The seller kindly gave a $15 discount for this reason, which they did not have to do. They were quick to respond and helpful.5. Weird smell. This doesn't phase me much since things like this often come out of the box with a weird chemical odor, but it's good to know. The smell is almost a bit fishy. Nasty, but it will dissipate over time.
