02/13/2020HW59393 It looks just like the pictures. I needed a chair that would fit under the desk without the arms hitting the drawer. Lowest cost. Easy assembly! It takes longer to unpack it, than it does to assemble it. Seriously, It couldn't have taken 5 minutes. No screws, nuts, or tools. 1. Set the caster frame on the floor. 2. Insert the center tube in the frame. 3. Put the 3 tube covers over the tube. 4. Place the seat on the tube. Sit on it. The padding on the back is thin. The padding on the seat is thicker, but I wouldn't say it's a long-term seat. Decent adjustment up and down. Easy level operation. Adjustable spring loaded recliner works, but not a lot of travel. Overall, I like it. Great value. Great look. Time will tell.

Good looking chair, comfortable for part time work
12/17/2019Great looking chair and comfortable, though I only use it 1-2 days per week. I probably wouldn't buy it for a full time desk chair but it's great for a part time home office.

06/16/2023I’ve had this chair for about 9 months and it’s held up great. I work remote and use it at least 4 days a week constantly throughout the day. The seat padding was lacking from the start, but I knew that going in from previous reviews. I just use a simple cushion with it which works just fine. I was more concerned with it looking decent in my workspace and hate your typical bulky black office chair with more buttons and gadgets to bother with. The other important factor for me was the wheels. They’re good quality and are softer so they don’t scratch my wood floors and I don’t need an ugly mat which ruins the floor anyway. You can upgrade the wheels if you want, but the ones they come with are pretty good. The seat itself is very wide so if you have a big tush I’d imagine it’d be more comfortable than most normal office chairs that you’d have to squeeze yourself into. It’s simple, attractive and well made. I’m happy with it.
