06/26/2023This set arrived in two separate shipments, as mentioned that it would. It was far easier to put together than I thought it would be! It went together in no time, and looks great. I am so happy to be able to eat outside in comfort and style. The set is large enough for the whole family to sit in comfort and enjoy an evening outside. It isn't a $1700.00 set, but for the money, it is a very good value. I do like that the ottomans have a way to secure the cushions, and that I can re-arrange the set for different events. One piece was broken, on arrival, and Costway replaced it with no issue. I would recommend this set!

05/31/2023My husband and I ordered this on 5/20. It was shipped and arrived within one week! The delivery was separated into four boxes, which was pleasant as we did not need to go searching in a big box for parts. Setup was relatively easy! We broke it up into two sittings to put it together and it took about 2-2 1/2 hours to completely build. The instructions are crystal clear and become redundant so the actual building did not pose to be hard. We were supplied with two Allen wrenches to put this together, but opted for a power drill! We probably would have spent more time building it if we did not have a power drill (highly recommend). Overall great great quality and durable seating that will hopefully last for years to come! One of the cushions for an ottoman came torn, so we will reach out to customer service to get this replaced. We do not expect any mishaps as we have dealt with customer service before and were treated well! Do not hesitate to order this item. It is a beautiful set that you will not regret having!

- Q:Hi, can you please direct me to the correct power adapter for this recliner? Please tell me the voltage and amperage adapter that need to go from the wall plug to the little plug on the back of the chair. The plug on the back of the recliner is a single wire type round female plug. Im missing the adapter, but mine does have the same blue controller for heat and massage. Also, my chair is not a lift chair! Just recliner with heat and massage with the handle on the side to incline. Thanks for your assistance!
