- Q:How high can it incline?A:53 Inches.
Costway representative - Q:What's the meaning if it shows E5 message?A:Rotate the fan of the motor manually to confirm whether the motor can rotate (one revolution).
Costway representative - Q:What can I do if it turns on but won’t start?A:Open the motor cover and the electronic watch cover and check whether the communication line connecting the upper and lower control is broken. The plug inserted in the upper and lower control is removed and replugged.
Costway representative - Q:What does H-1 code mean?A:It should be that MODE key is stuck. Please tear off the button sticker to check if there is any dirt under the button or between the button and the sticker, then clean the dirty. .
