I purchased this bike for my Father who is 6 foot 2 but he seems scrunched while using, is there an extension I can buy to lift the seat to fit his height demands and handle bars

The sensor came unplugged and there are no instructions on where to plug the other end, please advise.

There is a sensor line socket next to the left pedal, and the sensor should be inserted into this socket. After plugging in, it is best to fix it with glue to prevent it from falling off.

The defective parts are the seat and the handle shaft will not go up or down and when i did get it to go down it got stuck and the red plastic insert came out and stuck on shaft. They are stuck on the shaft the fit was very tight either one would not go up or down.

We love the bike but after 4 months, we have a "catch" in the pedaling apparatus. It is still very quiet when biking but you can feel the clunk in the pedal with each rotation. Can we have this fixed by a bike shop or is there a problem with the gear in the pedal mechanism. Can that be fixed. We have lubricated it frequently and almost excessively; it does diminish the click, but it does not disappear. Can the gear drive assembly be replaced?
