We love this ice machine!
07/17/2019This is our third ice machine. Hesitated to pay extra to get the increased capacity, but we use this alot. We've had it about a month. We regularly have events with 20-30 folks and it keeps up even in the Arizona heat. Love that it connects to the RO and drain. Easy cleaning. Very happy with his purchase.

- Q:We buy more water drain caps?A:First step is to remove the water drain cap,it is an unnecessary accessory..
Costway representative - Q:We didn't see where the water would recycle back ,A:The water in our product cannot be circulated internally, it must be drained. .
Costway representative - Q:There is an error message E2 that pops up.A:Pls check if the mental box will become frost after running about one hours..
Costway representative - Q:The machine displays E2.A:If the ice is not removed, E2 will be displayed. Press the minus sign on the machine to lower the ice making time. If the ice is abnormal, if the ice is thick, if the ice does not drop, if the ice does not make, it will show E2.
