Exercise feels good!
12/18/2022I've been sitting in the exercise chair for a few weeks now and I feel great. The back is a little smaller than I'd like, and sometimes when I lift weights while lying on an inclined back, I feel the bench wobble if I'm not careful with the weight, but it's easy to adjust. I'm also happy with the tripod because it allows me to do sit-ups.

09/11/2022This bench is exactly just what I been looking for. For those give it ratings below 4, I just don't know what they thinking. It is so solid steel construction. Very easy to assemble with all the parts clearly identified, and the directions were very specific. The bench is very stable, and perfect for home use.

Easy Setup - Good for Apartments!
07/03/2022This is a good beginner bench for small apartments. The setup part was confusing because I didn’t realize part of the set up in the instruction is already set up for you. So there’s actually less step to assemble it. the bench itself is sturdy. the leg extension actually not. Like the other reviewer mentioned, it’s not wide enough and it does give an awkward angle. Plus it’s a bit wobbly, I would not use that tool snd skip the setup for that. Other than that, I do heavily use the band set up. It’s pretty much. If you have a small budget then I would go for this one for the time being.
