06/14/2023The product came in just in time when I need it… but, slight problem is the pinch washers are difficult to get on the rods for the wheels but, I’ll manage it… over all it’s good. Can’t wait to use it when I get the tires with air so I can do my first trip to do my laundry taking them down the street to the laundromat.Again thank you

Metal frame and floor
05/16/2023Good, sturdy bike trailer, but like some others have said, it can be very noisy. This is due to the metal floor being spot welded to the frame around the circumference. The gaps between the spot welds allow the floor to rattle against the frame. It quiets down significantly when it is loaded. The manual leaves some gaps in assembly instructions, but you can figure it out. Still, I am very happy with it and think it will serve me well!

The rolling is very smooth and the tracking is good.
02/27/2023I bought this to run errands in my town. I love cycling and I live in a bike-friendly area. It was very easy to set up and install the hitch on my rear wheel. You definitely feel extra weight when you climb a mountain, but I think it's just extra exercise. Other than that, I don't feel it adds any extra drag to my bike. It rolls very smoothly and tracks well. I do rattle a bit when it's empty, but that's not enough to be a problem.

- Q:The top right backrest where the screw goes doesn't allow the screw to go all the way in. I was only able to turn about a quarter of the screw and it won't turn anymore and now it jammed and won't allow it to tighten or to loosen it.A:Could you pls try to loosen screws of the other side and then screw the "stripped screw" to see if it still have the problem?.
