    I have been using this 4-6x/week for about a month now to 30-50min step video. Size is great, definitely equivocal to the instructors. I'm using it without the extra height. It does not move while I'm using it on the carpet with sneakers on.

    I am very happy with the item. It was actually larger than I thought it would be but it is perfect for my step class!! I was even more surprised that it came with 4 risers, ultimately saving me money in the long run because I did not have to purchase those items separately!!!
