Easy to set up and nicely packaged. It had quite a strong plastic smell, so we let it air out outside for a day. The vibration speed goes up to 50 and is quite strong. It really shakes your legs, and some of your torso. It only has one vibration pattern. The resistance bands are a nice touch. Haven't figured out how to set the presets.

I have never seen a product like this and I really love the concept! It definitely keeps you more focused and in-tune with the exercise you're doing. I get really easily distracted or just stop completely when doing simple exercises so this is really awesome for me!
