- Q:With the seat at its lowest position, how high is the seat above the floor?A:34 inches.

Costway representative - Q:This item requires a battery, it is not included with the exercise bike. We are having trouble finding the correct battery. Please provide the location where it can be.A:It doesn’t come with a battery. It needs 3V CR2025 button battery.
Costway representative - Q:The left pedal does not fit on the cycling machine. The right pedal fits on just fine. The left pedal will not screw in like the rightA:Please check whether the crank thread has slippage and whether the left and right pedal threads are exactly the same. Normally, the threads of the two pedals are one clockwise and one counterclockwise.
