- Q:How many Sq. ft is this rated for and what is the BTU rating on this?A:1500W, where the light is shining, it is hot.
Costway representative - Q:Who long is the garanty? Went I use my heather, the circuit breaker trip instently? 15 amp, 120 volts this happen before using my remote control for controling the heather. Excuse my english I am french canadian from nice QUÉBEC.
- Q:I have lost the remote, can I get a new remote or do I have to buy a whole new heater?A:Sorry, we don't sell spare parts separately.
Costway representative - Q:Can this product be mounted on the outside of a vinyl sided house?A:We do not recommend you to do this. Leaving it for a long time will definitely affect it. You can get a thicker board or something and install the machine on the board to separate it.
